9 - 12 CURRICULUM


List of courses required for BASIS High School Diploma

Early  Graduation

 

One Credit per each course 
1) Critical Analysis and Writing
2) Literature Honors
3) English Literature AP
4) English Language  AP

5) Algebra I and Geometry (BASIS MS credit)
6) Algebra II and Geometry  (BASIS MS credit)*
* Students entering BASIS as 9th graders in August 2009 or later have to earn their Algebra II credit before being enrolled in BASIS’s 9th grade.

7) ─ 9) Students are required to earn one math credit in each grade and follow the sequence below. Students can skip any level only with the math department’s approval. The minimum level a student must achieve to graduate is Calculus AP (AB) or Advanced Topics in Calculus and Statistics.
Pre-Calculus (possible BASIS MS credit)
